[Declude.Virus] Declude Virus v1.62 (beta) released

We have just released Declude Virus v1.61 (beta). See http://www.declude.com/virus/manual.htm . Changes include:

o Changes uuencoded detection to prevent false positives.
o Some vulnerabilities could produce many log file entries; fixed.
o Per-user/per-domain "ON" settings will now override any "OFF" settings.
o Adds %NOUNKNOWNVIRUSNAME% variable that will return the virus name, or nothing if "Unknown Virus".
o Adds SKIPIFSENDER option for .eml files (such as "SKIPIFSENDER @example.com").
