I know EOF, End Of File, right? I see several of these in the logs, but
don't know if it's important, or just messed up e-mail.
It's just a messed up E-mail. The EOF does mean End Of File. MIME segments are supposed to have a beginning and an end, but in this case it was missing the ending. This is most commonly seen in spam. I believe it will only appear at the MID logging level or higher.
