That's because no virus was detected in the E-mail; the %VIRUSFILE% variable only will display the name of an attachment that a virus was detected in.Can I use the %VIRUSFILE% variable in my BANnotify.eml file? So far, my tests show "Unknown File" for the %VIRUSFILE% variable. ie. "Your message attachment, "Unknown File," is not allowed. Attachments of type .EXE are restricted."
