Is there any way to skip sending the notification to a particular
address, as opposed to a virus name?

v1.66 (beta) has a "SKIPIFRECIP" option that you can use, by adding a line such as "SKIPIFRECIP [EMAIL PROTECTED]" or "SKIPIFRECIP @example.com" to the top of any/all of the *.eml files.
