We are running Declude 1.58 on IMail 7.13. We have been running this setup since July. We originally had a gentleman who handled the mail server duties but unfortunately we had to let him go. Since his departure I have noticed a large amount of complaints from customers that are receiving Junkmail and Virii. I know that you can have all the software you want but unless We (the end-user) maintain that software it is useless. I have made it my personal goal to increase the performance of our Declude scanner and do appreciate any assistance you can provide.
First, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version (since you ordered within the past year, you can upgrade at no cost), since 1.58 is an old beta version.

The next step is to make sure that both programs are running. To do that, you can go to a command prompt and type "\IMail\declude -diag > diag.txt" (*EXACTLY* like that, with no changes). This will report some diagnostic information to a file diag.txt, which you can send me. I can take a look at that to make sure that both programs are running.

Then, you'll want to send the test eicar.com file from our Test Mail Sender at http://www.declude.com/tools , to see if it gets caught. If it doesn't get caught, Declude Virus isn't installed properly.
