We are experiencing a lot of undeliverable messages in our virus sender notifications. In response to this I would like to setup the templates reply to address with an account that deletes any incoming messages immediately.
Rather than doing that (which essentially means that you're sending notifications to the wrong addresses, and sending out unwanted E-mail), you may want to make sure that Declude Virus only sends out notifications when the return address is valid.

To do that, you can use the "SKIPIFVIRUSNAMEHAS" option (you can look at the default template files at http://www.declude.com/virus/manual.htm to see what the recommended settings are).

I created an alias address that pointed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] This resulted in an "Invalid final delivery userid". Based upon an archive posting I also tried pointing the alias at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Same error.
In that case, it sounds like IMail won't send out E-mail (with its IMail1.exe program) if the return address is not valid. Perhaps someone here knows of a workaround...
