I didn't have the hold directory at first (perhaps deleted in error in the
past), but I've since added it. Since then I've seen e-mails banned by the
ban extension but nothing has shown up in the hold directory. Is there
somewhere else that I need to check to make sure banned extensions should be
sent there?

Thanks,

Dustin,

You should have the ban's in your "\IMail\spool\virus\Hold" directory.

Ok I banned the .zip ext in Dclude virus since I'm using F-prot and that's
it! (shoot my foot) But I have a customer that was waiting on a .zip
file...are they auto deleted or can I find this message that he was waiting
on?

Thank you
Dustin
