I was hoping you "R. Scott Perry" would take the last word on this with a
"yes that sounds like a feature we should add in a future release" or
"sorry, but I don't think we will ever do this". Which of those do you
choose? or list your own if you don't like the two choices I've presented.

It seems that if some virus/spam sender is using our mail server to send
to both our users and other users outside of our domain that we definitely
don't want to be sending notifications to those other users. I just want
my users to be notified. Seems like a good feature/enhancement to me.

Sorry, it seems that the ONLYSENDIFRECIP option was just added in v1.76
(the latest beta).
Anyway, the main/first recipient may be local and that will satisfy the
"IFRECIP" requirement. Then in the "recip.eml" file where I need to
specify the TO: addresses I only have "%ALLRECIPS%" at my disposal so it
will then send to all of the recipients, local and non-local.
Regardless of what SKIPIF*/ONLSENDIF* options you use, the E-mail will go
to all the intended recipients of the virus. Selected recipients will
require a code change.
