Here's a message that I received this morning. The message is obviously forged, but I'm curious if others have seen messages that appear
to come from discussion lists that they are subscribed to complete with appropriate subject lines and passable to and from lines. This is the
fourth or fifth one I've received in the last month.
This one appears to have come from "tomo" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, who has posted a number of blank messages to the IMail Forum.
What is happening here is that someone subscribed to the IMail forum, received messages from it, and then the virus on the recipient's computer sent out copies of the virus with subjects matching the E-mails that were received from the list.
