Here's the problem -- this "Name = tst.gif" is not RFC-compliant, and triggers an Outlook vulnerability.
It looks like the sender will need to upgrade or replace their program "Mail v1.0 based on anyMail v1.1". But with a name of "Mail", I'm not sure that an upgrade will fix the problem. :)
