   NTFILEMON shows that it actually tries to open the command line switches.
The end result is the same whether the '/' or '-' switch is used: the E-mail
message is scanned.   This information may be of use to bitheads trying to
tweak their overloaded-with-doom systems to the max.

  F-PROT would probably fix the '-' bug if I wasn't so lazy and reported it.
