The problem: It looks like IncrediMail has introduced many new and very very important email features like colored backgrounds, emoticons, animations, ... but is not able to create a proper simple email.
<G>
Question: Are vulnerabilities like "Blank folding" non-RFC conform formats or is this simply a "suspiciuos" string? Means: It's a problem of MS sharing Software that has so much bugs, or it's a problem of Incredimail not being able to create a proper email?
It's a combination of both.
The E-mail that Incredimail is generating is not RFC-compliant, so they are at fault. But, if that were the only problem, Declude Virus would let it through (although Declude JunkMail might not <G>). The other problem is that Microsoft Outlook will see the non-RFC-compliant E-mail, and can see an attachment where there really isn't one. Because of this, a virus could be hiding in the E-mail, where it will not be seen by virus scanners. That is why Declude Virus catches it.
I believe, however, that the latest version of Incrudimail fixes this problem.
