I just upgraded to Declude Virus v1.78 (beta) and now I see this in the headers:
X-Declude-Status: Waiting for activation code
That most likely means that the activation code that you currently have isn't valid.
The activation code hasn't been changed since it was originally installed. I just copied the new declude.exe (v1.78) over the old one (v1.77).
The next step would be to send us some diagnostic information from Declude. To do this, you can go to a command prompt and type "\IMail\declude -diag > diag.txt" (*exactly* like that, with no changes). This will report some diagnostic information to a file diag.txt, which you can E-mail me (off-list). I'll take a look at it to see what the problem may be.
