Isn't it possible to modify the Bannotify.eml file and only include the recipient and postmaster? Would it still send a notice to the sender somehow? I have the same situation here. Most dangerous file attachments are stripped by my firewall, but I'm using Declude to stop zips and review them in the virus directory (Thank you for that feature).
