I'm using interim release 16, Pro. Here should be the relevant lines.
BANEZIPEXTS ON
This one says that all the BANEXT lines should apply to encrypted .ZIP files.
BANEXT EZIP
This one says to ban all encrypted ZIP files (so the BANEZIPEXTS ON line won't do anything, as all encrypted .ZIP files will be blocked).
BANEXT EXE
This will block regular .EXE's, but you'll also need "BANZIPEXTS ON" to block .EXE's within standard .ZIP files.
