John, This is an excellent idea and would compliment the AVERT notifications I receive. Count me in.

She is home now and I am playing catch up. In the mean time, I had one client complain that one of there computers got a virus. (Actually, Symantec on the desktop caught the backdoor and quarantined it.) Had I checked my e-mails that morning, I would have known about it. (I also am trialing a Verizon PCCard on my laptop, but that costs $80 per month.) We should set up some type of notification where by if there is some thing that occurs that is urgent and requires attention, such as the rash of Bagel that came out what, on Wednesday, that some one such as Scott could send an e-mail to an address that we can choose to be a member of and that can go to say a pager or cell phone or what not. I am willing to host the list on my server if others like this idea and would like to participate. The idea is that when some thing urgent like the Outlook Data update occurs, or say a new virus using a method we are not currently protected against, one of use could send the e-mail to the special list and everyone would get it.
