1. Archives are your friend. You asked about banning by name because zips
are getting through. There has been much discussion in the past couple of
months about this.

2. With version 1.75, no, you can not ban by file name. This information was
found in the manual at http://www.declude.com/Articles.asp?ID=117#Link37 and
in the release notes at http://www.declude.com/Articles.asp?ID=122 

If you have a current Service Agreement, and you are willing to use a beta
version, you can upgrade to a more current version and then you will have
that function.
