okay, seems to help a little, but I sill also have the following error:

What does the report.txt option? Do I have to delete this option?
The report.txt file is how the virus scanner reports to Declude Virus what virus it found, and in what file.
If your virus scanner does not support reporting of the virus name, you can remove the "REPORT" line for that scanner, and any references to "report.txt" in the SCANFILE line in the \IMail\Declude\virus.cfg file.
