I'm seeing "EOF in middle of MIME segment [] [--= Multipart Boundary 22429265.75]" in my log file. Does anyone know what this is and should I be concerned or just ignore it (being that it is a Friday before a long weekend, I'm more than happy to ignore it 8-).
You can safely ignore it, unless it is an E-mail you sent. It just means that the E-mail has a malformed MIME segment, which can appear in spam sometimes. If it is a legitimate E-mail, though, it would be best to fix the program sending the E-mail.
