I am running a dual 2.4HT 533 xeon with 1gig 2100 and 73 gig 10k sata drives. We process about 200k messages a day and I am starting to get complaints about slow delivery. As well we are running around 85% to 100% CPU util across the board now on Win2003.
One quick thing to check is to make sure that you have a line "PRESCAN ON" in your \IMail\Declude\virus.cfg file. That enables the pre-scanning in Declude Virus Pro, which cuts down significantly on CPU time.
