NO...

Rar is Supperior Zip is Inferior

Zip Compression is Open (ie, can download)
Rar Compression is not.

However,

BANEXT ZIP will not cover RAR

Furthermore, WindowsXP doesn't nativly support
Rar Compression, therefore the risk is low, and most
experienced users who use Rar, Will know this is a virus.

We ban ZIP attachments.
We don't ban RAR , as not many people know what to do, and
in fact, we use RAR to send out compressed files.

So, if I am banning ZIPEXT, this should be caught since rar is treated same
as zip in Declude, correct?

What is the file in the rar?
