Are you sure that your F-Prot is up to date? I saw this same thing yesterday, and submitted a sample via their web submission report. They responded this morning, but in the meantime I had checked again later that afternoon yesterday and I was seeing detections as W32/Mydoom.gen (and McAfee saw the detection as W32/[EMAIL PROTECTED]).
