Grant, If you are referring to the Virus Log Analyzer at http://www.csonline.net/imailstuff/viruslog.htm
There is an auto run option in the latest version that allows you to set a run time and will e-mail the results. When you check the auto run box a selection is provided to set the time and select the file to be analyzed. Then just minimize the program.
