Yes with that command will not send the notification if the recipient of the
virus is one that you specify.

So the line
SKIPIFRECIP   [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Won't send the notification to [EMAIL PROTECTED] if he/she is the recipient
of the vulnerability you mention.
