Hi guys,
the project is pretty active, afaict looking at all the JIRA created,
and it's good.
Now, it's time to provide the first monthly report, which will be
attached to the Incubator report and send to the board. Be prepared to
send such a report every month.
Before we fulfill this task, I think we *really¨* need to create the
PPMC, and likely vote for someone who will represent the project (the
future chairman of the project) (even if it's not required right now, it
would be a good thing)
So :
1) Let's define a PPMC asap
2) Someone has to write down a report (see on
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/May2011 for examples), submit it to the
dev ML, so that we can discuss it. If the mentors don't disagree, then
the report can be added on http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/August2011
3) This report is *due* before august, 10th. It's really *tomorrow* :)
The accounts are still not created, but we have made a bit of noise
about this problem, so expect them to be created in the next few days.
Apologize for the bump on the road...
That's pretty much it for this monday...
Btw, you are doing an impressive work, I'm really sure this project will
graduate quite quickly !
