Package: apt Version: 0.1.7 Tha man pages for apt make reference to ftp.conf (presumably this file would be /etc/apt/ftp.conf), however, no example file is provided (in the way that /etc/apt/sources.list is provided), nor is it documented (in either /usr/man/man5, as per the apt man pages, or in /usr/doc/apt).
I did a "Search the Contents of the Latest Release" in http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages but did not find any packages that supply a "ftp.conf". I suggest that the priority of this bug is "wishlist".
