Carefull, not all of the http.us rotation has an Incoming mirror and I don't think any of them place it like that :> APT will be installed in the archive hopefully in a few hours and should be generally available on the mirrors by the end of today. There were numerous testing releases that were not fit to go into potato distributed from various web sites, you probably should not use those unless you have contact with the authors (this list) Jason
