Hmm, I made some alterations to this recently, can you grab the latest version from http://www.debian.org/~jgg/apt_0.3.5_i386.deb and see if it works better? Can you tell me what sort of proxy server you are using? 400 Bad Request is a new one one me.. Thanks, Jason
