i have ftp_proxy="http://localhost:3128/"; (environment variable)
programs like wget understand this and use my squid server for ftp requests.

now every time i do apt-get update i have to do
unset ftp_proxy before.

because apt-get thinks this would be a ftp proxy (whatever that is)

how do i tell apt to do my ftp via squid.

i have several computers in a local net. they can only access my
squid server and they must do ftp on apt, too.
