Package: apt Version: 0.3.6.1 Severity: wishlist Hi,
I am using a slink system with certain packages updates to potato level. apt-get installs from slink.. There should be an option for apt-get to have multiple installation sources for different distribution. That way, the user could choose from which distribution to pull a new package. apt-get --force-distribution potato <somepackage> could be used to tell apt-get to install the package from potato.
