Done in CVS. I won't upload this before I can coordinate it with ftpmaster though, I don't want to end up in a situation where dselect has suddenly gone missing. How should we handle people upgrading the system using apt? I can't add a dependency on dselect in dpkg, but I don't want it to be possible for apt to decide not to install dselect as well.
