Package: apt Version: 0.3.13 Severity: normal Suppose I execute 'apt-get update' and receive new Packages files. Then when I run dselect and choose "Select", the packages I see ought to reflect the new Package files, but it does not. To see the new packages, I first must choose "Update" from dselect. No new files are downloaded, but some extra step takes place which then allows me to see them from "Select".
