Hi! I have noticed you reassigned the #49080 to debconf. However this is not debconf's bug. I did not have debconf installed on my system while the bug apperared. I guess it is only apt's fault to execute a program from another package while not depending on it... Apt does not seem to work without debconf, so why shouldn't it depend on it?
