Version: 0.3.18
As the current apt package stands it cannot be easily
internationalized, any output command is send using text but it dones not
use the locale (gettext) format standard for GNU programs.
Please not that dselect, and dpkg both use it, if we want a fully
internationalized installation/package selection for Debian we need all
Debian packages to be properly internationalized.
