Package: apt Version: 0.3.14 Severity: normal I don't have a /cdrom dir, nor any entry in /etc/fstab for it. Since I have 3 cdroms, I created /ext/cd0, /ext/cd1 and /ext/cd2 entries.
I ran "apt-cdrom -d /ext/cd0" just fine on my 3 CDs, but when I ran apt-get, it complained abount not finding anything in /cdrom. There must be an option somewhere to tell apt-get where to expect cdrom mounts. -- System Information Debian Release: 2.1 Architecture: i386 Kernel: Linux nice 2.4.0-test7 #1 SMP Sat Sep 2 10:19:00 MEST 2000 i686 Versions of packages apt depends on: ii libc6 2.1.2-6 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libstdc++2.10 1:2.95.2-13 The GNU stdc++ library
