Subject: inform about the upgraded packages

Package: apt
Severity: wishlist

(maybe package dpkg). When upgrading packages it would be nice to send
an email / put a file of all changes made by this upgrade. For each package
that would consist of a diff of the changelog.Debian file (version beeing
replaced,
new version installed).

I saw a program on -devel that does this just today!
