Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19
Severity: wishlist

This error message (line 129 in methods/connect.cc in 0.3.19) has a typo
(s/happend/happened/), and is also generally unhelpful. It should at least
print the return value so that we can figure out what happened. Perhaps:

            return _error->Error("Something wicked happened resolving '%s/%s':
return code %d",
                                             Host.c_str(),S,Res);
