This is very unusual and makes me suspect a caching proxy is involved. As a general rule the http.us hosts are all kept the same, to quite good degree so trying multiple IPs isn't going to do anything but waste time. In your case I would not be surprised if your package files were old, possibly due to a cache... Jason
