Package: apt Version: 0.3.19 Severity: critical The new apt in the testing disto (woody) causes conflicts with a jillion packages, including such important things as xserver-xfree86, many libraries, lilo, cvs, emacs20, and so forth. It's possible this is not a bug in apt, but then it's a serious release engineering bug in testing, and the bug should be forwarded to whoever is responsible for managing the testing release.
