Package: apt
Version: 0.5.3
Severity: normal

Hiya,

I just upgraded to apt 0.5.3 - it`s working well

However, apt says it can`t configure things because apt-utils isn`t installed

Shouldn`t apt-utils be a Depends/Suggests for apt?

Thanks

Simon-Richard

Debconf actually should have this, and it does.
