Bug#112361: Removing the cache files fixed the segv.

 I removed the /var/cache/apt/*.bin cache files, then ran "apt-get
 update" again, and after that, I can run "apt-get dist-upgrade" with
 no segv.

 If it happens again, I will conserve a copy of those cache files.
