Package: apt Version: 0.5.4 Severity: wishlist apt-get <pckg> should automatically mean apt-get install <pckg>.
This seems to make sense to me. When I apt-get a package, I generally want to get the package (hence apt-get). Also, this allows removals of packages to be done easier, ie. apt-get <pckg>-, etc. I'm sure this wouldn't be hard to implement, and I'm sure it would be a good thing.
