Package: apt Version: 0.3.19 I recently installed potato on a machine on my work, in an effort to convince my bosses of its powers. Unfortunately, apt appears to choke on the Microsoft ISA Server 2000 proxy server we're running here. I tried woody as well, and at first it seemed to work: With the bootdisks I was able to download the base system through the proxy, but unfortunately the version of apt that comes with woody still does not work, and gives the exact same errors. I tried to get a logfile of the exact data that is send between the debian machine and the proxy, but unfortunately I did not succeed. If someone would care to give me a little help on that side, I'd be more than willing to help solve this problem. I understand that this probably is not a real bug in apt, and the blame is with Microsoft (non-standard headers), but I don't expect Microsoft to fix the bug. Appended below is the output of apt-get update. Regards,
