So, why did you close this bug?  It's not fixed.  If it belongs to
another package, reassign it; I don't have any idea where a bug for
those files would belong.  (Policy?  Dpkg?)  If it can't be fixed soon--
I don't expect it to be--fine; leave it open so it's done eventually.
Don't acknowledge something as a bug and then close it unfixed.
