Hi, I am installing the .debs from the urls in sources.list. But, if I want to install a package which is not from the sources.list. What should I do. For example, I downloaded an .deb into a directory called downloads. From there I am trying to install the package using the command apt-get install blahblah.deb, but the command is looking at sources.list and the .deb is not available there. So, what is the solution? I couldnt find anything from the man page. Sorry if I overlooked it.
