Bug#190355: Seems to be caused by dia, not dia-gnome or dia-common

Subject says it all. Only combinations involving dia make this occur.
So, for example, installing dia-common or dia-common and dia-gnome is
fine.

Also, dpkg --purge dia will fix it, but dpkg --remove dia does not.
