Package: apt Version: 0.5.5 I also tried modifying lines in sources.list, but it didn't help making dselect work again: - modified security.debian.org line: was already linked to testing; - commented-out this line; - commented-out other lines. More strange, as already reported: on another machine (at work) with quite same sid configuration, dselect works with any glitch.
