I think that adding the URL of the project in apt-cache show package should be
a real good idea. For example, if the project is zsh, a line like : Project Web
Page : http://www.zsh.org should be added in the apt-cache show zsh.

APT already support this if the package include this URL in
Description field of debian/control file.
If you see in developpers-reference[1] you will found one text about
this.
