Package: apt Version: 0.5.4 Severity: normal The last time I run `apt dselect-upgrade', I noticed that the additional space occupied computed by apt was wrong. I did not take notes, but I can approximately say that I was installing about 40MB worth of packages, and removing about 20 MB worth of packages.
apt told me that I was going to use an additional 40 MB of space, but that was wrong, and in fact `df' showed approximately 20 MB less of free space at the end of the process (which is what I expected). It looked like apt was not considering the size of the removed packages. Sorry for not reporting exact numbers, but that was a thing that I noticed only after the installation process was finished.
