When doing an upgrade, especially a dist-upgrade, it would be nice to see 
which packages are really removed (i.e. the functionality is removed) and 
which packages are replaced by others (i.e. the functionality remains but the 
packaging changes). This can be done by using the "Replaces:" information in 
the packages.
